Our “Get To Know Your Home” program is essential for any homeowner, landlord or strata.

We visit your home and identify 15 - 20  key areas in the interior and exterior of your property that need regular scheduled maintenance.  We record all appliance serial numbers, make, model and what the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule is.

After our on-site visit, our team will create your custom “Blueprint Binder”.  This binder is the operations manual for your home and will ensure your property stays in tip top shape.

Included in the binder are:

• A master spreadsheet of all of your appliances and immediate information needed (such as make/model) in case of emergency
• Location of critical switches such as the water main and master breaker(s)
• Tabs with each manual for your home and a summary of what you need to know
• A master 12 month calendar that visually shows what needs maintenance and when
