Our  personalized "Property Owners Manual” program is essential for any homeowner, landlord or strata.

In our work, we are often looking at repairs or replacement on items in the home that could have lasted many more years if they had been properly looked after.  In addition, many have "knock-on" effects that create problems with other parts of your property.

We visit your house, and make a note of all the areas that require maintenance.  We record all appliance serial numbers, make, model and what the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule is.

After our on-site visit, our team will create your custom Property Manual.  This binder is the operations manual for your home and will ensure your property stays in tip top shape.  If any system breaks down in your house, and any technician needs information, it will be right at your fingertips.  Even simple things like where your water shutoff is, or the breaker panels are located, are things many homeowners do not know when they first take over a house.

Included in the binder are:

• A master spreadsheet of all of your appliances and immediate information needed (such as make/model) in case of emergency
• Location of critical switches such as the water main and master breaker(s)
• Tabs with each manual for your home and a summary of what you need to know
• A master 12 month calendar that visually shows what needs maintenance and when
