Our "Maintenance Coverage" service is for those who want to "set it and forget it" with their home maintenance, and have a single number to call if they want to change anything.

Exciting news - we have recently partnered with Ding Dong Housekeeping, and can arrange housecleaning as part of your package so there is only one number to call no matter what you want updated or taken care of!

We visit your home for an initial consultation, and review the items in your home that you would like done on a regular basis.  Changing the furnace filter, having your ducts cleaned, pressure washing of decks, fences, or driveways, checking walkways for trip hazards (yes, we do grinding of pavers!) , gutter cleaning, and more, maintaining your AC unit, and more.

For any maintenance that we do not perform ourselves, or if we find any issues, we have a vetted network of reliable professional subcontractors.
